Sites
Sites cover a wide range of types of areas, from streets, parks, woodland and open spaces where trees are planted, administrative areas like Wards and Conservation Areas to planning sites like Development, Brownfield and Local Plan designated areas.
For each site we record, where possible:
- Its name(s), sitecode (usually assigned by BCC), ownership and description
- The number of trees assigned to the site
- The ward the site is in, and other related sites
- The boundary of the site and its area
- The category of the site. This may be based on the physical type of the site (Street,Park..) its administartive role(Ward) or its planning status (Local Plan ROGS, LGS)
- Links to related groups like Friends, or further information
This is one example of a site,
St Andrews Park . It shows general information about the park and its area. Click on the
Trees tab to show all the trees on the site.
For Local Plan IOS mapping, you can try
this page substituting the required ward name
