External and internal alterations to existing school building to facilitate its use as an SEND and SEMH base within existing school building, external alterations including timber fencing added in playground to infill existing canopy structure, replacement of main entrance door, replacement doors to 2x secondary entrances, gates on access control system and new surface materials to play areas.
