Request for comment on application in adjoining authority for proposed refurbishment works to the external area of the existingpublic house, works to include:- Enhancements to the car park and entrance areas, re-decoration of estate fencing and stone bollards.Erection of new timber fencing, double gate and screen to cellar area. Erect a new Jasmine arch to the main entrance, installation ofumbrella and retractable awning. Removal of timber cladding on existing chimney and new render finish to match existing in thegarden area.
