Proposed work is to replace all existing aged timber stained window and door frames across all external elevations, excluding the main entrance door. The proposed replacement windows and doors are uPVC double-glazed units in Rosewood to match the existing colour. The proposed replacement consists of casement windows to match the style of the existing windows. The proposed windows have a raised transom height, where relevant, to meet current building regulations regarding falls from height.
