Non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission 22/06057/X - Application to vary conditions 6 (Landscape - Tree Planting) and 19 (List of approved drawings and documents) attached to permission 22/03184/X, which varied permission 20/03843/F (as amended by 21/04653/X). It is proposed to amend the approved landscape scheme and wording of the landscape condition (6) to allow the landscaping to come forward in a phased manner. Additional amendment sought for changes to the rooftop AHU, ASHP and condenser units. Non material amendment for the addition of translucent window film to windows.
