Application for approval of details reserved by condition 2, 3 and 4 of permission 23/03225/LA Take down the weathervane and top two apex stones of the spire. Dismantle the internal structural steel restraint and install new steel cross beams and restraint bar at a lower level. Reinstate the apex stones and weather vane. Undertake associated masonry repairs, including re-fixing loose sections of ribs and replacing missing sections to match existing.
