Enclose the rear lightwell with a patent glazing conservatory. Reinstate a full flagstone floor to the whole lower floor. Remove internal doors and rear external door and sash window to basement. Change window openings to rear outshot to include smaller first floor window, replace ground floor window with a door and infill existing ground floor door. Replace existing dormer extension to rear roof with a new rear roof extension. New rooflight to the outshot roof. Reopen the existing coal chute and insert a glazed cover. Insert solar panel array on front elevation and roof valley.
