Replace the existing door with a new French door at the lower ground floor. Landscaping to the rear. Remove stepped side access, replace side access door with window, insert new French door. Create terrace/patio at rear ground floor level. Refurbish existing timber framed windows and replace single glazing with double glazing. Replace existing roof light to the internal roof plane with a larger roof light.
