I did put a comment on this application strongly objecting to the removal of these trees. I also asked why there was no accompanying arboricultural report - which is a requirement when applying to fell TPO trees.
The Officer has refused permission to fell. It is well worth reading his report in the Documents section of the BCC Portal - link supplied above
