List of approved plans and drawingsConditions(s) Removal:During the construction, the neighbouring properties have expressed a preference for the side elevations of the extension to be finished in render, rather than brickwork, a material already approved in the previous application. Due to drainage limitations for the surface water, the parapet wall has been raised slightly to the front and side elevations to provide sufficient height to form the hidden gutter. The parapet wall has been set back slightly at the rear. Existing side elevation windows have been reinstated and proposed first floor rear window omitted. Bi-fold doors to rear increased in width and now 3 panels, rooflights amended.We wish to substitute approved drawing 22/2206/02F with drawing 22/2206/02H.
