Side of property: T1, Ash - shorten or remove branches by up to 2.0 metres in contact with neighbouring properties building ’Casamia’ to leave 1.0 metre clearance. Adjacent Driveway: T2, Sycamore (growing within the property of 'All Ways', Quarry Lane) - reduce height by 5.0 metres and lateral spread by 2.0 metres. To improve light levels to rear of 'All Ways' property below and clearance from driveway vehicle use. Leave with a balanced crown and tidy shape. Fell: T3, Hawthorn - section fell ivy clad & dead tree to ground level and retain stacked tidy, in situ for saprophytic processes, beneficial to the surrounding ecology. To remove risk of falling into lane. Parking area: T4, Ash (1) - crown raise to 6.0 metres above ground level. Clear main trunk of ivy. T5, Field maple (1) - crown raise to 6.0 metres above ground level. Clear main trunk of ivy. To Improve clearance for parking and improve light levels to surrounding property and garden areas. Garden area: T6, Sycamore (1) - remove stem of 100mm in diameter growing over garden area to ground level. To give garden clearance and prevent damage to garden boundary railings. Remove dead and hung up deadwood. G1, Sycamore (3) - crown raise to 3.5 metres. To give garden clearance T7, Hornbeam - Crown lift to 5.0 metres over garden out building to leave 2.0 metres clearance. To prevent damage to surrounding garden furniture and tree. T8, Ash (with bat box) - remove deadwood over garden areas up to 30mm diameter T8, Sycamore - shorten lowest branch over garden to growth point of 40mm at 2.5 metres from trunk. To improve space and light for plantings below. Fell T9, Ash (with ash dieback) - section fell tree to ground level. T10, Field maple - crown lift to 6.0 metres above lower garden ground level. Remove ivy from main trunk and deadwood. Fell T11, Elm - section fell leaning tree suspected of growing in shallow soil on rocky outcrop, of 200mm in diameter and growing over house to ground level. To prevent damage to properties building. T12, Poplar - remove lowest branch growing over house to trunk. To prevent damage to properties roof and building. Fell T13, Elm - section fell 8.0 metre tree growing through decking / garden floor area to decking level. Back of house: Fell G2, Elm (2) 1 failed at root plate and resting on house & 1 Suspected of growing in shallow soil on rock face - section fell to ground level. Fell T15, Sycamore (previously coppiced) - section fell to ground level.

There is an Arb Report within the Application form which details a large number of reductions and fellings which is not apparent from the description. 7 trees to be felled - One dead Hawthorne, 1 Ash with ADB, 4 Elms, 1 Sycamore 11 trees pruned - Seems to be a fairly sensitive, necessary job
