This contains a detailed report on the tree species and methods of tree planting on this large housing development. This might be an example of good practice to be familiar with - or it might not. Can someone else take a look at the Condition 26 Discharge document. Im also not clear if this planning has already been done - it says that the condition was discharged in 2022
