First is a fine specimen Lawson's Cypress var Ellwoodii, approx 3.5 to 4m high.
Second is a Chinese Windmill Palm approx 4 to 5 metres tall.
Third is an Ash seedling. Obviously self sown and c3m high.
They are not full canopy trees but two are good specimen plants that are in my view major landscape features in North Devon Rd
The site is adjacent to Guinea Lane - an important pedestrian route that connects to the churchyard which is a mini arboretum full of amazing and well maintained tree specimens.
The ash is insignificant. I would have no objection to it being felled.
The rear garden is far less prominent and sits behind a high fence.
