This is a "tree management" request. The extent of the crown work does not seem overmuch. There is no mention of felling any of the trees. These decisions are best left to the expertise of the Tree Officer. Some trees can tolerate an up to 50% reduction. Others - such as Beech - cannot. If it seems that a very large reduction of a tree is requested - such as might cause the loss of a tree - then it is worth commenting.
