This is a back garden tree, so although it is a tree in a Conservation Area the only way it could be "saved" is to make it the subject of a TPO. It is not visible enough for that - i.e. it could not be said to be a public visual amenity. It can be seen from Hampton Road - but not much of it can be seen. There is a high wall and a garage in the way. I doubt it will be awarded a TPO.
