A rather wonderful Tree of Heaven to be felled. Deemed not to be worthy of a TPO due to claims of causing subsidence, close proximity to building and short-lived species. Neighbours support (and were informed) Montpelier residents seem to have become aware of the application too late to object (pity the comments have been lost) We seem not to have picked this up despite being added to the PAC within a few days of notification
