Request for a Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment is required for the proposed development comprising an approx. 23,800sqm 14 storey office building on Plot 1 (Distillery 3) and an approx. 6,555sqm office building with active (e.g. cafe) ground floor use on Plot 3 (Distillery 4). Permission for Distillery 3 will be sought in full. Detailed permission for layout, landscaping and access for Distillery 4 will be sought with matters of appearance and scale reserved for future determination. (Please note that this is not a planning application and therefore we are not carrying out public consultation on the proposal at this stage)
