Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness of proposed works to a listed building - Reduction of ground level and introduction of a land drain (rear of kitchen) with associated lime wash of area of wall exposed, to match existing; repairs to and redecorating of front timber windows and rear, metal-framed windows with their timber sub-frames; introduction of magnetic-type, secondary glazing to the insides of all the windows; making good to the lime wash generally to the rear of the building; and repairs to the front plinth.
