Remove no more than 1.2 metres of curtillage boundary brick wall at the South West corner and replace with two suitablly-treated, unpainted wooden gate posts and gate for allowing wheelchair access. Removal of the tarmac path and reinstate using a suitable load-bearing grid and seeded with grass.
