These trees are in the back garden of the Applicant. But the back gardens of this side of Apsley Road are partially visible from Downfield Road. It is not possible to see the trees which are the subject of this Application from Downfield Road so they are very unlikely to be made the subject of a TPO which is the only way to "save" them. The trees are not a highly visible public amenity. It'll be down to the LPA's Tree Officer to make this decision.
