Request for a Screening Opinion as to whether an Environmental Impact Assessment is required for the redevelopment to provide up to 500 student beds and Class E use(s) on the western half in a building of up to 28 storeys, and either up to 200 student beds or a 150 room hotel or 150 co-living beds and community use(s) (Class E/F2) on the eastern half in a building of up to 12 storeys.
