To build the attached wood store with brick and mortar to match the attached sunroom. To use the space created by the restoration as a studio, gym, and home office. To clear vegetation from the existing viewing platform and patio area to the North elevation of the sunroom. To repave both areas. To restore the existing metal balcony structure on the North elevation of the sunroom. To clear vegetation and repave the steps leading from the sunroom down to the North boundary of the property.

Lots of trees on site but application form says that none are affected by this rebuild. The 'EXISTING TREE PLAN AND BOUNDARIES' document is corrupted showing trees inside the house, and some interesting new species : Plumb tree and Cyprus tree. A accurate tree map in relation to the proposed redevelopment is needed
