The planning history of this property is all about felling. I went to look. The wall looks OK from the outside. The tree canopy extends over the pavement but barely over the highway, and nothing that could not be managed by pruning. Trees and walls can live together - with walls modified to accommodate a tree very neatly all over the city and still maintaining a boundary/barrier. Does yet another tree have to be felled from this property?

Aspen tree marked. Photos show only the contact between tree and wall but street view shows the tree looks healthy, but hard to tell without a visit.
