Application for variation of Conditions 12 (Further details: Ground source heat pump system), 21 (Energy and Sustainability in accordance with statement) and 23 (Measures to prevent overheating) of permission 25/11249/X (which is a variation of permission 20/02155/FB) - Proposed mixed-use regeneration around Branwhite Close and Gainsborough Square comprising 47 dwellings (use class C3) and 1 commercial unit fronting Gainsborough Square (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4). A new access road will be created from Branwhite Close to Gainsborough Square along with pedestrian access to Nash Drive.
