Ideally, yes. But this is not a BS5837 survey so a lot of key data is missing. I am not sure the PTOs would insist in these circumstances, though it would help. I suspect that the application will be granted. If only other schools were obliged to apply to the council - as their landlord - whether or not the tree are protected! What are their tree replacement plans?

I have extracted the data. 31 tees being felled, subject to the number painted in each tree group. This then needs to be cross-referenced with the plan

The Tree report seems unusual in that there is no separate list of trees to be felled nor are they marked on the map
