Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness of proposed works to a Listed Building - Retention of the original front doors to the Ground Floor Flat and First Floor Flat and fitting both with a self-closer and intumescent strips/smoke seals. Both doors open inwards to the flats and provide access on to the communal hallway which is the only fire escape route for the 4 upper flats in the building. The doors are located at ground and first floor levels as shown in the photos. The proposed self-closer and intumescent strips/smoke seals are as shown in the specifications submitted as part of this application.
