Retrospective Listed Building Consent for internal works to Basement flat. The works comprise the lowering of the basement floor by approximately 26cm to allow for a new insulated floor build-up, the installation of underfloor heating, and associated damp protection measures. No historic floor finishes or architectural features were removed or altered as part of these works. The works also include the replacement of an existing modern kitchen with new fitted units, together with the upgrading of services and the installation of underfloor heating at ground floor level. These works did not involve excavation or the removal of any historic fabric.
