Alterations to existing single storey outrigger building to consist of replacement single ply roof covering, new roof lights, new windows and door, infill extension between outrigger and main building with new flat roof, plateau roof light and new window, alteration to existing bay to consist of new timber panelled doors with double glazed upper panels, new rainwater goods, SVP and boiler flue, internal alterations to include new structural openings.
