The front garden tree - the oak - is a rather poor specimen. Admittedly this is winter and it is not in leaf (It looks better in the Street View images when in leaf) but it is almost overwhelmed with ivy which probably is not doing it any good at all. It is a pity that was not removed when an opportunity arose. It is unlikely to fulfil the criteria for a TPO The back garden Black Poplar is a back garden tree - largely invisible even from Mariners Path which runs along behind the garden - so again will probably not merit a TPO. It grows in a group of trees, so only the environment will suffer from its loss - not the visual amenity.
