The proposed works relate to cladding remediation and involve the removal of non-compliant combustible cladding and its replacement with a non-combustible alternative of the same appearance and colour, in accordance with Building Regulation Part B and the Building Safety Act 2022. Works primarily affect the replacement of combustible wall panels to the curtain wall facade with a like for like replacement in terms of appearance, texture and colour.
