Application for prior approval of proposed: New dwellinghouses on terrace buildings in commercial or mixed use - Erection of a third storey to accommodate creation of an additional residential unit (flat) in the airspace of the current building, the proposed flat to be accessed from the existing first floor flat access. All associated internal and external alterations required.
