An application for urgent work on a tree. This is also called a 5-day notice and only requires the application to notify the LPA of the need for the work which can be carried out after the 5 calendar day waiting period even if no decision has been made. Applications are nearly always GRANTED and a replacement tree required to be provided if a tree is felled but this condition is at the discretion of the planning officer.

It is not known if the fulfilment of the condition is verified.
