The calculation of the number of trees required to mitigate for the loss of the Holly tree (T6) has been done. No doubt the Tree/Planning Officer will check this.
There was not a landscape plan I could find, so it is not clear if the two replacement trees are going to be planted on site, or if the Council will be funded under Planning Obligations to plant these on public land nearby. Could the 2 replacement trees please be included in Planning Conditions?
