| No reason is given on the Application Form for this proposed felling. I note that the tree is at the end of a rear access road to the property from Berkeley Road. Might this felling be to facilitate a building development, application to follow later? The application has been submitted by a builder. If it is to facilitate a building development then I ask that the AO and/or the Planning Officer invoke the Bristol Tree Replacement Standard, now or when the development application is submitted. Could he/she please measure the circumference of the trunk? Thank you |
