This part of the Sneyd Park Conservation Area is gradually becoming denuded of trees. Large'ish trees are felled frequently and are replaced (or not) by tiddlers and shrubs.
This one is not disrupting the pavement, although yes it is close. We live with lots of trees along and even in our pavements - thank goodness. Does this one really have to go?
This is a very busy part of Glenavon, right next to the entrance to the Nature Reserve, and this tree is a visual amenity.
