NEUTRAL
I am neutral about the placing of a Mobile Home in a garden, though I do wonder if this is a difficult precedent for the neighbours to consider.
But I do ask BCC Planners to consider this Application with another current application to fell trees in the back garden of this property. Several residents of Westbury have contacted me because of the environmental impact of the placement of a mobile home where trees need to be removed first to accommodate it.

I wish to object to the siting of a mobile home so close to the boundary with myproperty. Having it situated this close to the boundary will be clearly visible and overbearing forme, and severely curtail the enjoyment of my property. I was very dismayed to note that it isproposed to be only about 2 metres from our boundary wall at its closest point and only 5.5 metresfrom my home. The applicants have a large garden over 40 metres long so the mobile home couldeasily be situated further from the boundary wall and still be a long way from their house.I would urge that any permission for this application should specify that the mobile home should beat least 10 metres from the boundary wall.
