NEUTRAL
The UoB has 2 applications in currently. I am only going to comment on one.
Putting aside the tree dispute between the residents of Stoke Bishop and the UoB several years ago, now I should like to thank the External Estates Manager of the University of Bristol for the professionalism of his arboreal management and for the manner in which the University makes "tree" applications in this precious Conservation Area.
Unlike with many applications, reasons for the work are clearly stated and future plans for re-planting, which is undertaken more often than not, are stated. It pleases the tree-minded residents very much, and they appreciate the efforts made. So do I, as I get very many fewer emails of outrage these days.
