We are concerned that there are allegations of damage being caused to nearby structures yet no evidence has been provided to support these assertions. This is a prerequisite for applications such as these. This application should not be granted in the absence of the supporting evidence required.
We also note that there are nearby trees which have TPO protection. Given that these trees form part of the same tree planting scheme as the protected trees we ask that these trees ought also to be so protected.
