BTF response:
NEUTRAL
If the tree is failing and a limb has fallen and it is a danger then it has to be felled.
It is in a back garden so not really suitable for a publicly sponsored replacement.
But it is also in a Conservation Area.
What a shame, when the Council has declared two emergencies following upon the consequences of climate change, that the Council makes no proposals to replace this Council owned tree, on site or nearby. There is lots of space nearby/in the immediate vicinity!
