To whom it may concern

to the demolition site, there are alreadyserious issues and stress caused by the work going on adjacent to our property.

The welfare of animals - birds / wildlife / voles/ foxes who nest in the land/ trees is aconcern. Our cat can no longer safely go outside,

We won't be able to hang washing due to the demolition dust. Or have windows open inour own home. The dust will no doubt impact Asthma sufferers in the family too.

The excessive noise already experienced when trying to work from home isunacceptable (my job is fully remote). I had to abandon a presentation a few weeks agobecause of the noise putting up fences.

The plans have already blocked our off road parking, is notideal. and given the one way road system scheduled, and inevitable knock on trafficissues.

The proposed development is going to substantially ruin our day to day life, basicallyforcing us to move house, and no doubt it will be borderline impossible to sell theproperty with such disruption going on - who in their right mind would want to buy ahouse next to a building site….so yes, by not giving us any notice on this, the plans willmake it impossible to live there.

Is it actually safe for us to be living here when it's demolished given its a knownaspestos area too?

I've raised similar concerns since we first had a flyer posted through the door and havehad no response at all despite being on the mailing lists….which is questionable as thedevelopers obviously don't care.

Please bear in mind the severity of this.
